We have recently completed this single storey rear extension in Broadstone, providing the client with a larger open plan living space with garden views, and the addition of a utility room. A pitched roof with 2 rooflights brings lots of natural light into the new open plan area, while also creating a cosy roof terrace accessible from the master bedroom.
