Internal remodelling of a poorly planned kitchen, utility and study to create a bright and open kitchen diner.
The rear spaces of this home were transformed with careful internal remodelling to provide the clients with a bright, open and useable kitchen diner, replacing their previously poorly planned rooms. A lot of space was wasted to unused circulation spaces, and connecting to the garden wasn't maximised.
These clients opted for a wrap around canopy roof, as the rear of their home was south facing to minimise overheating in the new space and creating some covered outdoor terrace space. The existing dining room was converted into a utility, airing cupboard and additional shower room.
